Prize Description:
My Gym Children’s Fitness Center will award a free enrollment at My Gym for one year for one child. Included in this giveaway will be 52 weeks of classes plus one birthday party. Classes shall be for one child who must be enrolled for 52 consecutive weeks and must have the birthday party within this 52-week period. Class day and time subject to schedule and availability. The birthday party is for up to 20 children at the My Gym Children’s Fitness Center of their choice. Any additional services such as extra time, extra children, party favors, face painting, food, or any other goods or services not offered as part of the standard party at the selected gym, are the responsibility of the winner and may cost additional money (Birthday value not to exceed $400). Birthday party time and date are subject to availability.

How to Enter:
Individuals who take advantage of any of the following offers at their local My Gym Children’s Fitness Center will automatically be entered into a random drawing to win the prize. There are several options from which customers may choose. They are as follows:

-          Enroll for 2 months, get the 3rd month FREE!
-          Enroll for 4 months, get the 5th month FREE plus Free Lifetime Membership!
-          Enroll for 6 months, get 2 more months FREE plus Free Lifetime Membership!

Contest Dates:

Terms and Conditions of Special Offers:
Offer good for NEW and RETURNING My Gym members not enrolled in classes or camps for at least the previous 3 months. Waived Lifetime Membership fees applicable only to NEW members only. Enrollment must be for consecutive months. May not be combined with any other offers. Prize must be used by the winning family and is not transferable. Birthday Party Contest Rules and Regulations

Hi Parents and Friends. Thank you for your interest in our MY GYM MOBILE CLUB Birthday Party Contest. This contest is being administered by My Gym Enterprises, the parent company of My Gym franchise locations worldwide. Any questions or concerns should be directed to My Gym Enterprises and not the local franchise. Please us the contact information at the bottom of the page.

The following are the rules and regulations for the contest.

Who Can Enter?

Anyone at least 18 years old may enter. You don’t need to be a member of My Gym to enter the contest.

How Do You Enter?

Text MYBDAY or GYMBDAY or GYMPARTY to 21534 and you will be automatically entered to win.  After you have entered one time, you become eligible for the prize every month.  Entries may also be submitted by sending an email with “Birthday Contest” in the subject line to info@mygym.com. Please include your name, address, phone and email.

When is the winner selected?

One winner will be randomly selected each month. The winner will be notified by text message on the last day of each month. Entries must be received by 12 PM EST on the last day of the month to be eligible.

How long is the contest?

Six months. A winner will be selected each month beginning in July, 2012, and continue until December, 2012.

What is the prize?

Each month the winner will receive a standard birthday party for up to 20 children at the My Gym Children’s Fitness Center of their choice. Upon being notified, please email My Gym Enterprises at info@mygym.com with your name and phone number, informing My Gym of your being chosen as the winner and the gym in which you would like to schedule your party. My Gym Enterprises will contact you to help schedule and arrange for your party.

If you do not wish to or are unable to use the prize, it may be gifted to a friend or relative, however your decision to do so must be communicated and confirmed in writing to My Gym Enterprises including the recipient’s name, email and phone number.

Prize is valid for 18 Months from the date of being selected and informed of winning.

By entering MY GYM MOBILE CLUB Birthday Party Contest, entrants will be enrolled in the My Gym Mobile Club and will receive a maximum of 4 messages per month from My Gym Enterprises and/or its partners.
